We would like to remind you that, in compliance with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910.1200), it is mandatory to have updated and accessible Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all hazardous products under our care (in our warehouses or distribution centers).
What should you do?
- It is the customer’s responsibility to submit updated SDSs for their products containing hazardous (Hazmat) components at least 48 hours prior to the arrival of the cargo at our facilities.
Why is it important?
Failure to have these sheets can result in:
- Financial penalties.
- Safety risks.
- Operational interruptions and audit observations.
