We inform you that SUNAT has published Superintendency Resolution No. 000286-2024/SUNAT, which modifies the general procedure for “Cargo Manifest” DESPA-PG.09 (version 7).
This modification establishes the mandatory use of the Electronic Remittance Guide (GRE) for the transfer of foreign goods from port or air terminals to customs warehouses or temporary primary zones.
- Effective date: June 30, 2025.
It should be noted that this provision is aligned with Superintendency Resolution No. 000133-2025/SUNAT, which extends the adaptation period until July 1, 2026, to provide logistics operators with the necessary time to adjust their systems and processes to the new document traceability requirements.
